To help our practices prepare for the H1N1 influenza pandemic, Practice Fusion has created a report within the free EHR for tabulating high-risk H1N1 patients. The H1N1 Risk Report will instantly show you listings of the patients in your practice who meet the CDC criteria for priority groups, include those who:

• Are pregnant
• Are between 6 months and 24 years of age
• Are between 25 and 64 years of age with COPD, angina, diabetes, chronic renal disease or cancer

H1N1 Risk Reports data is designed to be used by practitioners for ordering vaccine allotments from the CDC and scheduling vaccinations for high-risk patients.
