The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) recently launched the ICD-10 Clinical Concepts Series to acclimate providers to ICD-10 diagnosis coding. Each guide in the series compiles key information from the Road to 10 online tool that can be readily shared, emailed and printed. The Series focuses on six major specialties and includes common codes, clinical documentation tips and clinical scenarios.
