Over the past few weeks, we’ve added new elements to the EHR to support you and your patients.

  • We’ve added a diagnosis alert that appears in the “Add diagnosis” panel if a patient’s diagnosis is associated with the CDC clinical criteria for COVID-19.
  • We’ve created a Knowledge Base article with a list of COVID-19 resources from the CDC and other trusted sources. We’re updating the article regularly with new information as it becomes available. It can be accessed directly from a tile on the EHR Dashboard.
  • We’ve also added a Knowledge Base article with guidance on customizing charting and intake templates to screen for and document COVID-19.
