Practice Fusion expands ACO reach with Practice iQ
We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Practice iQ to help independent physician groups succeed within value-based reimbursement models such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
Practice iQ, a Healthagen business within Aetna, is one of Practice Fusion’s largest ACO partnerships to date. This represents a major step towards our vision of offering the best accountable care connectivity to the thousands of independent providers who use Practice Fusion each month.
For accountable care to be successful, robust technology is needed to empower providers with the analytics, reporting and population management tools that will help them to succeed. Using Practice Fusion gives you built-in connectivity to these tools, allowing you to begin to participate in value-based care with no additional cost.
We will continue to expand our ACO partnerships to cover more organizations and provide you with more options for pursuing value-based initiatives. If you are part of an accountable care group and want to learn more about using Practice Fusion to support providers in your organization, fill out our partner form and we’ll be in touch with more details.
